The Observatory will be obligated to build out its portion of this regional road that is within our community to contribute to the towns long term road infrastructure planing and development. Bradshaw Mountain Rd will be built out during phasing to ease traffic congestion.
No, all of the homes are pit set and custom designed by our architects to give a streetscape like any other home builder (See Gallery).
The Observatory will be a 6-person complex that will between 140-200 square ft.
